1. This website is operated by Graffle Tickets. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as "we", "us" and "our" they refer to Graffle Tickets.

2. We offer this website, including all the information, tools and services available on it, on the condition that you accept these terms and conditions and the associated Privacy Policy.

3. By visiting our website and/or entering one of our prize draws, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

4. You can view the most current version of these terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to our website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

5. Our prize draws are only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over, with the following exceptions: 

• Employees of Graffle Tickets (and their immediate family).
• Employees of any suppliers to Graffle Tickets (and their immediate family).

6. You can enter each prize draw as many times as you wish, until either:

• The maximum amount of entries per person has been reached, or
• The maximum amount of entries for the prize draw has been reached.

7. We reserve the right to substitute any prize for an item of similar value. In the unlikely event that a prize needs to change, we will update the website as a matter of urgency.

8. No warranty is offered by Graffle Tickets for any of the prizes on our website. Winners should direct any warranty claims to the item's manufacturer.

9. Any content that you enter onto this website may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and may involve changes in order to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. 

10. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial gain, or otherwise, any portion of any of the content on the website or any other part of the service that we offer on this website. 

11. Headings and titles used on this website are done so for convenience only. They do not constitute any part of the terms and conditions and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms herein. 

12. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for each competition are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system. However:

• Appearances (colours/textures/finishes etc) may differ on some mobile devices or computer screens, so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual competition prize.
• We will also use stock photos (of the same make and model) where the appearance may differ from the actual item, this will usually affect (but not limited to) natural products (i.e. wood grain etc). Please let us know if you want to see more/actual photos before you purchase any tickets, no claims can be made for any subsequent grievance regarding the appearance of an item.

13. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email, in the unlikely event that a winner can not be reached within 14 days of the prize draw, we will redo the draw with all (and limited to) the previous entries for that particular prize draw.

HOW TO ENTER

14. Select a prize draw that you want to enter, then:

• Purchase your ticket/s, and/or:
• Submit a postal entry (more information here).

CHOOSING THE WINNERS

15. Each entry will be issued a ticket number and we will use a random number generator to select our winners.

16. We aim to select prize draw winners live on our social media page/s.

17. The winner of a prize draw will be randomly chosen, either:

• When all of the tickets have been allocated for that particular prize draw, or:
• If a prize draw has a closing date and time, shortly after that closing date and time has past (regardless of how many tickets have been allocated). 

DELIVERY

18. We will contact each winner (by phone and/or email) to arrange delivery of their prize. 

19. We only deliver to UK addresses.

20. We aim to dispatch within 3 business days, utilising a 48 hour courier service.

21. Delivery is free of charge.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

22. We do not accept cancellations or issue refunds, unless exceptional circumstances are agreed by Graffle Tickets, our decision in such instances will be final.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

23. Graffle Tickets will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in a prize draw except where it is caused by the direct negligence of Graffle Tickets or a supplier acting on behalf of Graffle Tickets. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

24. By entering a prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used only by Graffle Tickets or its suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy.

25. Winners of Graffle Tickets prize draws agree that we may display their name, town/city of residence and their image to celebrate their win on our website and social media pages. If you prefer to be excluded from such activity, please let us know either before the draw or when you are notified that you are the winner. In the interest of transparency, winners names and their town/city of residence are always shown on our website and/or our social media pages.

26. Winners may be required to provide proof of their identity prior to the delivery of their prize. Failure to confirm your eligibility to claim the prize will prevent us from transferring the ownership of the item to you. If such a situation should arise, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the prize draw and a new winner will be drawn from the original entry list (minus your entry). You will not be entitled to a refund.

27. You are entitled to request that your details are removed from our database, and that we do not attempt to contact you. Such a request would equate to your withdrawal from all active prize draws that you have entered as we would be unable to inform you if you were to win. You will not be entitled to a refund. If you were to participate in any of our prize draws after you make such a request, we will consider this as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions until we are notified by you to the contrary.
